PV Array Combiner Boxes

Professional Solar installations use combiner boxes to connect the various strings together for a single output cable connection. This is more critical when string voltages exceed 100V. Most multiple string combiner boxes can accommodate up to 24 strings and a open circuit voltage of 600Vdc. Each string has fuse and surge/lightning protection in the combiner box.
